After the cancellation for the 2020 edition, Romics 2021 is back with new dates in autumn, for a 27th edition dedicated to comics, animation, cinema and videogames. 4 days of kermesse are expected, full of meetings, events, guests and much more, to welcome the public again after a period of complete absence.
After the cancellation of the autumn edition last year, the international festival of comics, animation, cinema and games officially returns from 30 September to 3 October, always at the Fiera di Roma. This edition is also very special, as the 20 years of the event are celebrated.
The event was in fact born in the autumn of 2001, as a fixed appointment in the initial period of October. Starting from 2013, the appointment becomes double, with a second spring edition, which is usually held in April always at the Fiera di Roma.
The organizers, in a press release, underlined how Romics has photographed 2 decades of changes and news, always showing “profound changes in the worlds of comics, cinema and games, with the digital revolution and new platforms“.
This new edition, stopped last year due to the pandemic, promises to be in the name of safety for all, in compliance with the rules. Precisely for this reason, access will be allowed only to visitors who purchase their ticket online.
That decision was made in order to to counter the spread of the virus and to ensure the safety of all. However, there will be meetings, events and everything that has remained famous and popular at this comic fair.
