Thousands of people took part in the “No more fascism” demonstration organized by CGIL, CISL and UIL on Saturday 16 October in Piazza San Giovanni to respond to the assault by the No Pass and the Forza Nuova cadres on the national headquarters of the CGIL on 9 October last. Among these also many young people, to whom the union secretary Maurizio Landini he decided to dedicate the anti-fascist square because “saying no to fascism means giving hope also to women and young people”.
