A nineteen-year-old boy was attacked last night in via del Plebiscito in Rome by a 20-year-old Mexican who, with a bite, severed part of his ear. According to what has been reconstructed, the attacker, drunk, first created traffic problems by slowing down traffic and then punched the car driven by the nineteen year old. At what point, the boy got out and asked for an explanation. The Mexican first apologized and as he tried to hug the young man, with a quick gesture, he bit him in the ear, detaching a piece of cartilage from the lobe. The victim was rescued and transported in yellow code to the Santo Spirito hospital. The attacker was blocked by the carabinieri of the command of Piazza Venezia who arrested him on charges of injury.
