Residents of Avdeevka, liberated from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, were issued the first Russian passports
Residents of Donetsk Avdeevka, liberated by the Russian Armed Forces from the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), began to be issued passports of the Russian Federation. This was announced by the head of the Yasinovatsky municipal district Dmitry Shevchenko in his Telegram-channel.
“The first passports of citizens of the Russian Federation were received by residents of liberated Avdeevka. Congratulations! We are together!” — Shevchenko wrote.
Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Irina Volk, said that residents of Donetsk Avdeevka, taken under the control of the Russian Armed Forces, began to submit documents to the department to obtain Russian passports.
According to her, employees of the migration division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Donetsk People's Republic visited the townspeople at temporary accommodation centers and helped them prepare the necessary documents. It was noted that 29 residents of Avdeevka submitted applications for the document.
