Rescue distance, a film directed by Claudia Llosa, came to Netflix on October 13 to tell us about a mother’s dilemma and her deep love for her daughter. Its premiere has been a success by becoming the fourth most watched film on the platform in our country.
The Peruvian production shows us how a woman named Amanda spends her vacations in a quiet town in the Argentine countryside with her daughter Nina. Always concerned about the well-being of her little one, she calculates the ‘rescue distance’ necessary to keep her safe from any danger.
