With a period of one month for companies to complete their process on the platform of the Registry of Providers of Specialized Services and Specialized Works (REPSE), and make the adjustments in outsourcing, the micro-companies assured that the authorities must correct the technical failures of the platform.
The president of the Council for Small Business Development (ConComercioPequeño), Gerardo Cleto López Becerra, pointed out that several service companies have been able to carry out the process despite serious difficulties, and not be suspended as government providers, but that the vast majority have many problems to do so.
“The authority must address the technical failures of the platform where the data is captured, and the information is sent, because in addition to preventing entrepreneurs from being informed of the status of their process, it is not recognizing readable information that is uploaded to the system and it automatically throws negative responses ”, he stated.
He explained that it is “absurd” that in the data capture, the system marks with a dove the fulfillment of requirements and later, they send a letter with answers where the registration is not authorized, because the information is erroneous or illegible or affirms that the company does not certify that it is up to date with its tax obligations.
“It is clear that the system has flaws, because does not allow employers to monitor the status of their process, as indicated in the nineteenth article of the agreement by which the provisions were made known, published in the Diario de la Federación on May 24, ”he highlighted in a statement.
Warned that not to make corrections to the errors of the REPSE system, and not give the guidance that entrepreneurs need, it will be necessary to extend the deadline for company registration until at least January 1, 2022This is so as not to leave out small and medium-sized companies, which are the ones that have had the most difficulties.
