In the early hours of today a new update arrived for the PS5. However, a number of issues related to the PlayStation servers have also been reported, something that is affecting PS + and the PS Store globally. Fortunately, a fix is already in the works.
Although the official PlayStation accounts are already underway to find out what is causing these problems and fix them, some users have pointed out that after installing the latest update, it becomes impossible to verify the PS+ service. The statement shared by PlayStation Japan, as well as the message on the brand’s official site, indicate that these problems are general. This was what was said about it:
“PSN (including PlayStation Store) may not be available at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers. We are doing research and restoration work, so please wait a moment.”

“You may have difficulty obtaining products from the PlayStation Store. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience”.
There is currently no fix on this, and we may have to wait before the servers return to normal. For now, It seems that the best thing to do is not to install the new PS5 update.at least that way you could minimize the problems that have been reported.
In related topics, here you can learn everything that the PS5 update offers. Similarly, it seems that a PS5 “Pro” would already be on the way.
Editor’s Note:
It is a pity that an update, although substantial, nothing interesting, is causing this type of problem. Let’s hope that the solution is not far away, and users who want to use services such as the PlayStation Network, Store and PS +, can do so without problems.
