New Renault Arkana is developed on the Cmf-B platform and includes electrified motors petrol hybrids. As for the size it is long 4.56 meters, with a step of 2.72 meters and a ground clearance (199 mm).

Renault Arkana RS Line, as it is
New Renault Arkana is available in the version RS Line signed Renault Sport, which is characterized by the color Orange Valencia, specific to this version, and with a “black” atmosphere, characterized by black lacquered moldings or dark metallics on the bodywork, including the aerodynamic blade which draws inspiration from the world of Formula 1.
The bumper is specific, as well as the look for “Silverstone” with red inserts. The RS badge Line stands out on the fender trim while, at the rear, the RS Line version is equipped with double chromed exhaust and dark metallic rear skis.

Inside what the Renault Arkana Coupe SUV is like
Inside the passenger compartment it has space for a family, both for the space and for the cargo volume. New Arkana features a dashboard with digital display. The “full hybrid” engine is the same as the one already mounted on Clio E-Tech Hybrid.
The motorization E-Tech Hybrid 145 hp is composed of a 4-cylinder 1.6 petrol engine from 69 kW (94 hp) and is flanked by two electric motors: a “E-motor” (36 kW) and a high voltage starter type HSG (High-Voltage Starter Generator) of 15 kW.
Everything works thanks to an innovative multi-mode transmission with frictionless tooth engagement. With the 1.2 kWh lithium-ion battery (230V) located in the trunk, the E-Tech Hybrid engine provides up to 80% of urban driving time in mode full electric, resulting in a 40% reduction in consumption in the city compared to traditional heat engines.
In fact, the declared mixed consumption is 4.9 l / 100 km, while the CO2 emissions are equal to 111 g / km (WLTP values). As in electric vehicles, the battery regenerates itself in the phase of deceleration and braking. Charging is also possible via the heat engine using the surplus of unused heat output to drive the car forward, when running at its optimum speed.
The 145 hp E-Tech Hybrid engine is available in all versions, including the trim level RS Line.
Renault Arkana 12 V micro-hybrid
New Arkana is also available in all versions in the version micro-hybrid based on motorization 4-cylinder turbo petrol direct injection 1.3 TCe. Micro-hybridization is achieved by adding a alternator-starter coupled to a 12V lithium ion battery positioned under the passenger seat.
Associated with a 7-speed EDC dual-clutch automatic transmission, is offered in two versions: 140 hp and 160 hp.
