Registration starts today (3) for the Unified Selection System (Sisu), used to select candidates for vacancies in public higher education institutions based on the marks obtained in the National Secondary Education Examination (Enem).
Students interested in competing for one of the vacancies can apply until Friday (6). Candidates must have participated in the last edition of Enem, but not as “trainers”, and cannot have scored zero in the essay.
On the system page it is possible to consult the available places, searching by cities, courses and institutions. Upon registration, the candidate may choose up to two course options.
According to the schedule released by the Ministry of Education (MEC), the result of the selection will be announced on August 10th.
Enrollment will open on the 11th, extending until the 16th of August. In addition, between the 10th and the 16th of the same month, registration will be open for the waiting list for remaining vacancies, whose winners will be announced on the 18th.
