Regional elections The Coalition Party is by far the most popular in Yle’s regional election poll

According to the measurement, the city center will remain the fourth most popular party with 15.3 percent support

Opposition party the coalition is by far the most popular party In Yle’s first regional election poll. In the January regional elections, 21.8 percent of respondents would vote for the party.

The second most popular party in the survey is the Prime Minister’s Party Sdp with 18.9 per cent support and the third most popular Basic Finns with 17.6 per cent support.

The center said it would vote 15.3 percent of the poll respondents.

Green appears to be a smaller party than the Left Alliance in the regional elections. This is partly explained by the fact that the elections are not being held in Helsinki, where the Greens have traditionally garnered a great deal of support.

The Left Alliance said it was voted by 8.1 per cent of respondents and the Greens by 7.6 per cent of respondents.

The RKP said it supported 3.9 percent of respondents and the Christian Democrats 3.0 percent. Business Now’s support was 2.0 percent.

In January in the regional elections for the first time, decision-makers will be elected for 21 welfare areas. Regional councils are responsible for social welfare, health care and rescue.

In Helsinki, the city will continue to be responsible for services, so the people of Helsinki will not vote in the regional elections.

More than 2,100 people expressed their views in an economic survey interview in November-December. Respondents were asked which party candidate they would vote for if there were a regional election now.

The measurement error margin is 2.2 percentage points in both directions.
