“Normal counter” is an LGBTIQ+ themed series that seeks to convey a message of tolerance and inclusion by portraying experiences that could happen to anyone, whether or not they are a member of that community. This digital series is the first joint work of the production company Original Idea with Sonder Film.

The actor Renato Medina-Vassallo He leads this project from executive production, and together with Sergio Anchiraico, writer and director, has been developing the idea of this series since 2021. Valeria Luján is also with them, as general producer of the project.

LGTBIQ+ stories from three different generations
“Recontra normal” will show characters belonging to three different generations with diverse identities, occupations, and circumstances. This new Peruvian LGTBIQ+ series stars Renato Medina-Vassallo, Brayan Pinto, Gherson Ruiz, Daniela Rodríguez, Kali Granados and Gerson del Carpio. It is also important to point out that, in the search for an adequate representation of the community, Most of the characters in this series are played by LGBTIQ+ artists.
