After being suspended due to the large number of hits, the Values Receivable System (SVR) will resume on February 14, according to the Central Bank (BC). The tool allows the consultation of values “forgotten” by citizens in banks and financial institutions, which will return up to R$ 8 billion.
The amounts respond to different situations: checking or savings accounts closed with a positive balance, undue charges by banks, unredeemed funds, among others. Both individuals and legal entities may check whether they have amounts receivable.
