real Madrid has to do without captain Sergio Ramos for the time being. The 34-year-old injured his thigh in the victory over Germany and had to be replaced before the break.
Ramos suffered an injury to his right hamstring – so the usual brief message from the royal team on Thursday evening. The club did not provide any information about the downtime. The Spanish media believe that Ramos could miss the next three games.
This means that the captain and defender is not only missing on Saturday against second place Villarreal, but also in the groundbreaking Champions League duel with Inter Milan next Wednesday. And even in the following weekend, when Real Deportivo receive Alaves, Ramos could still be missing. In the final two Champions League group matches against Donezk and Gladbach (on December 9th), Ramos will probably be able to lead his team back onto the field.
