Joakim Westrén-Doll suggested (HS 21.10.) Bursting bubbles from unnecessary development projects.
Having worked in a wide variety of organizations, I would rather see the complete forgetfulness of development. Too many workplaces continue to work in exactly the same way as ever before. Of course, the operating environment changes and we sometimes have to adapt. However, active spontaneous development is different. Staff, customers, partners and also consultants will help to orientate in the future.
As suggested by Westrén-Doll, the apparent development should be opposed. Genuine customer-driven renewal instead rains down.
