I’m reading daily magazines about the city’s problems: there are rats, debris and infra broken. Negative stuff is published, but good, small, and everyday things are a matter of course.

The ways in which the townspeople communicate – such as e-mail and the Internet – have improved tremendously. When objectively proposing something for repair or improvement to the city, they are almost always taken care of.

Can also give positive feedback. It motivates the author! Example: The last improvements in 10 years of environmental management are being made in our suburbs. Trees and reeds have been felled, and the diversity and comfort of the nearby forest has been cherished for years. Great job, thank you city and its lumberjacks!
