Already For several years, it has been desired to add walking routes to Paloheina in Helsinki for the winter. Great trails cruise for both traditional and ice skating enthusiasts.
I received information from the city that at the end of this year a walking and cycling route will be opened from Haltiala to Pitkäkoski hut along Kuninkaantammentie. There is also a walking route from Niskala to Torpparinmäki.
Winter walkers also include dog walkers, joggers, Nordic walkers and cyclists. It is great that the city has heard the wishes of the residents and Sports opportunities are improving in the Paloheinä outdoor area.
