The cosmetics brand has been leading the ranking since it began to be published in 2013. Ambev has been in second position since 2018 and Magalu is in third place for the second consecutive year.

Merco’s ranking selects companies based on interviews with executives and assessments from various audiences such as consumers, journalists and university researchers. In 2021, there were 374 company directors in the first stage of the survey. They were also evaluated through grades in the categories economic and financial results, quality of commercial offer, talent, ethics and corporate responsibility, international dimension of the company and innovation.
