The Sharjah Human Resources Department announced its series of qualifying programs for the month of September, targeting job seekers with various educational qualifications who are included in the department’s system, from all cities and regions of the emirate in Sharjah, the central region and the eastern region. The department will organize during the next month 25 electronic qualification programs to be held remote training system. The qualifying programs for job seekers are one of the sustainable efforts of the Department to implement the approach of the Emirate of Sharjah in the development and investment of the human element. And directing all available resources and energies to meet the requirements of development, and to enhance the capabilities, capabilities and experiences of the young generation, to inject highly skilled national cadres into the labor market.
The offered programs include: preparing feasibility studies for investment projects, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing, the role of the social worker during crises, communication skills, as well as innovation and future foresight skills, happiness strategy, professional CV writing, job guidance program for job interviews, and customer service for work. In the private sector, the international program in digital security (cyber), creativity in managing public relations and dealing with the media, leadership and management skills, and individual financial planning.
It will also be among the offered programs: planning and organizing strategies, planning for the future career, management of modern procurement systems, skills of strategic intelligence, thinking and innovation, keys to success, effective report writing techniques, change management, time management and management skills, human development strategies, decision engineering, and skills Professional management in light of challenges, and professional project management.
