The document also refers to the specifics of the application of legislation on business entities, including the rules on calculating the value of net assets in 2022, and legislation on loans and borrowings. The Russian government is given the right to deviate from a number of norms on licensing and accreditation, from certain provisions of the legislation in the field of shared construction and intellectual property.

Preferential business lending
