“We are working to solve complex and major issues and continue to train soldiers to ensure the protection of Russia’s future,” Putin stressed, adding: “We support everyone who implements the military plan in Ukraine.”
Putin added: The Kyiv regime is behind the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, rejects any offer of negotiation and continues to bomb civilians.
Putin also announced the granting of greater powers to the rulers of the Russian regions to ensure security and organize the work of factories and institutions to support the military operation.

The annexation of Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporizhia and Kherson, came 7 months after the beginning of the Russian military operation in Ukraine, and after “referendums” organized by Moscow hastily in the areas under its control.
In 2014, Russia annexed the Crimea peninsula in southern Ukraine.
The military field witnessed an escalation of tensions, especially after the bombing of the strategic Crimean bridge, which Moscow accused the Kyiv authorities of orchestrating and implementing.
Russian President Vladimir Putin warned the Ukrainian authorities against the recurrence of terrorist attacks on Russian soil, in a message that is clear that the response to the Crimean incident has been completed and will not accept another escalation from Kyiv.
The Ukrainian forces launched an attack on several districts in Kherson, and took control of the complexes of Novovasylivka, Novohryvka, Nova Kamyanka, Trifonivka and Chervon in the Preslav region as of October 11.
Russia also said on Wednesday that Ukrainian forces tried to retake the Moscow-controlled Zaporizhia nuclear plant in southern Ukraine, but managed to repel it after several hours of fighting, the official RIA news agency reported.
“After the bombing of the city, a landing attempt began, including an attempt to seize the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant,” Vladimir Rogov, a Russian-appointed official in the region, was quoted by the RIA news agency as saying.
