Russian President Vladimir Putin said that in order to sign a peace treaty with Ukraine, the desire of Kyiv is necessary. His words are conveyed RIA News.
“And with whom should I sign the contract? However, everything can be solved, everything can be agreed upon, full power if transferred to the speaker of parliament. There would be a desire to sign an agreement,” he said.
Earlier, the Russian leader said that the desire of some countries to achieve the goals of defeating Russia prevented the conclusion of a peace treaty between the Russian Federation and Ukraine. At the same time, he emphasized that the conflict would end in two to three months if the United States stopped supplying weapons to Kyiv.
