At the second stage of the United Russia party congress, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a one-time payment to all law enforcement officials and military personnel. It is reported by RIA News…
According to him, the payment will be the same for everyone, regardless of rank, and will amount to 15 thousand rubles. “In this case, everyone should be equal, as in a bathhouse, there should be no talk about this,” he said. He also proposed extending the subsidy to cadets of military schools.
On August 22, Putin promised payments of 10 thousand rubles to all pensioners. He has already signed the corresponding decree. According to him, everyone will get money: both working and not.
Payments will start in September and will be made automatically. The deputy head of the Ministry of Labor Olga Batalina indicated that the lump-sum payments will affect 43 million people.
From August 2 in Russia, one-time payments for schoolchildren in the amount of 10 thousand rubles began. “We will make the payment so that the parents have the opportunity to get their child to school,” the head of state said at the time. Payments were supposed to start on August 16, but a decision was made to postpone. The authorities are ready to transfer money to the parents of 17 million children. In July, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order to allocate more than 204 billion rubles for payments to families with schoolchildren.
The easiest way to apply for payment is to fill out a form on the public services website. The Russians have had such an opportunity since July 15. You can also request money by contacting the branch of the Pension Fund of Russia or the MFC.
According to Putin, the incomes of some categories of Russians need to be increased due to the accelerated inflation in 2021. At the same time, additional payments to Russian citizens, in addition to those already announced, are not planned. Speaking about this, the presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov asked not to forget about the payments that have already passed, primarily for “citizens with children in different configurations.”
Payments to pensioners and military personnel will require about 500 billion rubles. This amount was named by the head of the Ministry of Finance of the country, Anton Siluanov. “This requires considerable budgetary resources,” the minister added. The funds will come from this year’s budget revenues. The State Duma, the Federation Council and the Accounts Chamber also announced such an amount. The money will be transferred in September, no applications will be required – the documents will be prepared by the Pension Fund.
Earlier it was reported that the decision of the authorities on payments caused a surge in the activity of fraudsters. Evgeny Voloshin, director of the block of expert services at BI.ZONE, said that in the first half of July alone, more than 170 sites were identified, with the help of which cybercriminals deceived Russians. The specialist said that the most popular methods of deceiving residents are the theft of bank card data when they are entered on a phishing resource and a request to pay a commission for the alleged tax charged when transferring any payments. At the same time, the expert noted that there was no such level of illegal activity in the network last year.
The director of the information security department of Oberon, Evgenia Sukhanova, in turn, said that cybercriminals often resort to such a method as creating fake websites of state and municipal structures. She explained that the attackers even faked sites that held a lottery for those who were vaccinated against the coronavirus.
