Section 23 of the National Union of Education Workers (SNTE) began the recording of experiences, practices with positive results and innovations that teachers put in place to ensure that their students achieve significant learning.
The teachers’ union that heads Alejandro Ariza Alonzo in Puebla released to document the experiences and responses of teachers to the challenges of the school during the pandemic, experiences are being collected through documents and evidence.
Through the platform snte23.webnode.mx/comparte-tu-experiencia/ which will be open until August 20, the documents can upload their materials so that the practices that gave the best results in public schools during the pandemic can be shared.
In Puebla, from March 2020 face-to-face classes were suspended and the distance education system was implemented to complete the 2019-2020 school year; while the entire past school year was done in remote mode.
“During the confinement caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, education workers had to face multiple challenges to ensure the continuity of education and adapt the needs of teachers and students to new ways of teaching and learning”, the SNTE highlighted.

“The vocation and capacity of the teaching profession responded to this challenge in different ways, and today, in the safe return to the classroom, we can say that education was not interrupted, that the school was kept alive, because it is not a building, but the relationship between teachers, students and parents ”, added the teachers’ union.
To document successful experiences and practices, SNTE 23 asked teachers to write your experiences in a documentor with a minimum of 12 pages and a maximum of 20, in which they include a summary of their practice or innovation, an autobiographical synthesis, the context of the educational community, the challenges of distance education and experience and innovation.
“Pedagogical innovation is all actions planned to modify the way of thinking and acting of the teacher; its purpose is the learning of its students through the implementation of new features in any aspect of the curriculum ”, highlights the call.
