The recent PS5 system updatereleased last week, seems to have caused various problems and bugs to several gamesso much so as to force Sony to take cover and work on some ad hoc solutions which should be published shortly.
We had talked about it especially with regards to Final Fantasy 16, where the phenomenon seems to be much more evident: in the Square Enix game, right after the big PS5 system update that introduced the welcome hubs and various other new features, some strange inconveniences emerged.
Among these, a sort of black cloud that seems to chase the protagonist during normal gameplay is noteworthy, a problem that seems to be directly linked to the new features introduced to the system software by Sony’s update, as reported by the developers themselves.

However, it seems that the Square Enix game isn’t the only one to have suffered some unfortunate consequences from the release of the September update for PS5.
According to reports from various users online, several issues have emerged for a significant amount of PS5 titles, although the cases vary and the actual extent of these phenomena is not yet clear.
