PS Plus and PS Now work as a single service

It seems that the rumors about the imminent reveal of Project Spartacus they do have some credibility after all. We say this because certain users, both from PS5 like PS4report that after having renewed their memberships of playstation plus, Sony is also taking this same subscription into account as if it were one of Playstation Now.

Some users of NeoGaf report that after subscribing to PSPlusor after renewing an existing subscription, are receiving a subscription to PS Now totally free for the same duration. For example, those who renew their membership of PSPlus for 12 months are also receiving a subscription of PS Now 12 months at no additional cost.

Other players who already had subscriptions for both services report that there is also a strange bug with their names. When viewing your subscription names, you are looking at two subscriptions to PSPlus instead of viewing individual subscriptions from PS Plus and PS Now. However, those who only subscribe to one of these two services have seen no change in their subscriptions.

Of course, there is also the possibility that this is just a simple bug, but it would certainly be quite an interesting coincidence. Apparently, Project Spartacus would be revealed during a major event of PlayStation this same month, although to date, Sony He has not yet given an official date for this alleged presentation.
