Availability and delivery conditions: Before finalizing your purchase, be sure to check product availability and delivery terms, as well as exchange or return policies. Reading these conditions carefully will protect you in case of any inconvenience with your purchase.

Fraud prevention: To avoid being a victim of fraud, it is essential to use a secure Internet connection and make purchases only in official digital stores or trusted platforms.

Profeco advises against purchasing on social networks due to the lack of supplier contact information. Make sure the shopping website has clear security conditions, such as “https://” and a closed lock icon, to protect your personal and financial data.

Purchase tracking: When you complete your purchase, save all payment receipts and log out to protect your information. Set banking alerts and regularly review your account statements for possible irregularities. If you notice any anomaly, report it immediately to your bank.
