Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes
- 400 grams of grated Manchego cheese
- 450 grams of bacon
- 50 grams of butter
- ½ onion
- Salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Preparation mode:
- Chop the onion into small squares and the bacon into very thin pieces, mix them in a bowl with salt and pepper to your liking and reserve.
