A new prototype of the Porsche Cayenne Coupé renewed was spotted on the road in testing. And if on the previously tested prototypes of the Turbo GT version there were taillights similar to those of the current model, on the last ones the car manufacturer from Zuffenhausen has seen fit to hide the luminous signature rear under a bright red camouflage: everything therefore suggests that the taillights will undergo a major upgrade on the facelift of the Cayenne Coupé compared to the current model.
The novelties will clearly not be limited to the optical signature. A renewal is also planned for what concerns the rear bumper, as well as for the front of the SUV where a large grille will likely be installed which will contain new lighting elements, including new turn signals separated from the main headlight assembly. Moving inside the cabin, Porsche’s work should focus on an updated infotainment system, a new gearbox inspired by that fitted to the 911 and a fully digital instrument cluster. There are many unknowns regarding the engine range: as reported by Carscoops, the Zuffenhausen-based company will intervene by updating the current 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, increasing power up to 631 hp and 850 Nm. Transmission specifications still unknown: the debut of the new Porsche Cayenne Coupè , expected by the end of the year, will dispel any doubts.
