Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas turned his back on the Collective for Mexico, and with that he gave López Obrador a boost. I do not know the reasons that led him to do such a thing, but I cannot help but think that on this occasion the son of Lazaro Cardenas he put political considerations above patriotic considerations.
Some years ago the engineer cardenas He was in my city, Saltillo, and he did me the honor of going to my house. I asked my children to be present, because he would visit us, I told them, a great Mexican who had always fought for good causes in Mexico.
I wanted them to keep in their memory the fact of having met him. Now I have been puzzled by the engineer’s conduct. At the same time that AMLO He was happy that Cárdenas had “clarified” his position, but I was saddened to see that he was separating from a movement defending democracy, law and justice.
I think that on this occasion he made a serious mistake that has already led to very severe accusations. From being critical of López, he went, in the opinion of many, to silence before his excesses. Once again he has been described as lukewarm, ambiguous, lacking in decision at a crucial time for the country. The dilemma was clear: defend democracy, institutions and the law or stop being part of that defense and move away from those who promote it.
Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas opted for the second option and abandoned that group of citizens of which he formed a fundamental part and whose principles he helped define and enunciate. With his attitude, he gave the impression of siding with who today presides over an authoritarian regime, in violation of everything to which the engineer has dedicated his life. And this happens at a quarter to 12, a difficult time for someone who has maintained a trajectory and who suddenly seems to deviate from it.
What has been said above, however, does not diminish my appreciation for the engineer Cárdenas, nor my recognition of the contributions he has made to the good of the Nation. But I candidly say that separating him from the movement that seeks to stop AMLO’s attacks against democracy and its institutions put my admiration for that character that I wanted my children to know because he was fighting to make Mexico a democratic nation to the test. .
I will now lighten with the story of some short stories the sorrow that I have felt for something that I cannot explain to myself, let alone explain. That gentleman suffered an accident, and the plastic surgeon performed a skin transplant on his face. A friend asked the victim: “Where did the doctor take the skin from to give you the transplant?” “I don’t know,” he replied, “but every time I get tired, my face wants to sit down.”
The Martian reported to his boss: “One of our flying saucers crashed into a meteorite and was destroyed. Total loss.” The boss asked: “Which dish was it?” The Martian replied: “The CZ-22.” “Thank goodness,” the boss calmed down. “It wasn’t fine china.” We know Jactancio Elátez, a presumptuous subject, full of himself. A creditor claimed: “They didn’t pay me his check at the bank, due to lack of funds.”
Jactancio replied, undaunted: “Present it at another bank. Not everyone must be so short of funds.” Three newly married girls, friends with each other, became pregnant at the same time. She said the first: “I think my baby will be a little man, because when we did it my husband was on top and I was on the bottom.” She commented on the second: “I think my baby will be a woman, because when we made it my husband was downstairs and I was on top.” The third was dismayed: “My God! So I’m going to have a puppy!” (I did not understand it). END.

It was one.
Then two were made.
He immediately made four.
Then eight.
Then sixteen.
Thirty-two.
Sixty-four.
Hundred twenty eight.
And so it grew.
And growing.
And growing.
What was one multiplied in such a way that nothing could be done to erase it.
