Jorge ‘Coqui’ Capitanich is an Argentine ruler who was present at the International Meeting of Sculptors at El Impenetrable, Chaco, which celebrates its eighth edition this year. With excitement over this “extraordinary event” that his province hosted, the governor took the stage to open the meeting and also took time to chat with the exhibitors. But on that tour, in addition, he starred in an unusual moment that was recorded in a video, which later aroused ridicule on social networks.
While walking between the stands with a group of collaborators, Capitanich shook hands with a person who was selling fabrics. And immediately he crouched down and “greeted” a mannequin that was exhibiting one of those productions: a black hat. In that gesture, she took the plastic “head” with her two hands and kissed it on top.. And, at that moment, the people who were with him released awkward laughter.

But when he was about to leave, the mannequin began to fall because the governor left it in the wrong position after kissing it and the Capitanich himself realized it, so he looked back. “Look how good it is”, he limited, notifying that it was a doll.
And although the Kirchnerist governor did not make any clarification regarding the episode, On Twitter, users hypothesized that the president greeted the mannequin for thinking it was a boy or a girl, and that he found out about his mistake when he turned around so that the doll does not fall..
In his networks, meanwhile, the president only limited himself to talking about the virtues of the meeting of sculptors. “Being at this extraordinary event makes us deeply proud. I want to congratulate the entire community and especially the entire team that worked tirelessly to make it a reality,” Capitanich wrote on his official Twitter, where he also shared postcards from last night, when he visited the exhibition and had the mishap.

the power outage
The governor, who is a faithful defender of Kirchner’s efforts, already experienced another uncomfortable episode just a month ago, during the official act in which he presented Chaco as the venue for the intercollegiate tournaments of the Great North.
That day, just at the moment when Capitanich spoke that his administration “was doing all the best in infrastructure”, power was cut off at the event. For this reason, the president not only ran out of audio and could not continue with his words, but the screens behind him were also turned off. That circumstance that occurred at the end of June also earned him criticism on his social networks.
