The start of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine is scheduled for 15:00 Moscow time. This was stated by the Belarusian political scientist Yury Voskresensky, his words are reported by Interfax.
“Negotiations are scheduled to start at 15:00 Moscow time, but the time may shift due to logistical problems with the Ukrainian delegation,” he explained.
The specialist noted that the negotiations will be held in Belovezhskaya Pushcha at the Hunter’s House, where the previous stage was held.
The start of the military operation to demilitarize Ukraine became known on February 24. Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the citizens of the country and said that Moscow was forced to take such actions by the difficult situation in the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics (DPR and LPR).
On February 28, Russia and Ukraine held the first stage of negotiations. They started at about 14:00 Moscow time and lasted about five hours. The second round of negotiations took place on 3 March.
