Through a post available on Twitter, Pokémon UNITE has launched a survey, where all players are asked to express your opinion on what is frustrating about the title. According to the developers, the results will serve to improve the game, which by the end of the year will also be available on iOS and Android, as well as on Nintendo Switch consoles.
Not even a few days after its release, which also brought a pleasant gift, the team asks all users for their opinion, which varies on various fields such as playing in portable or dock mode, the amount of time and much more. The latter parts are particularly interesting, as they focus on questions specific to a free-to-play title.
The questions, currently only in English as well as the game, they go through technical details, amount of time played and also manner, making a distinction between portable or docked mode for Nintendo Switch. It is also asked if the controls appear simple, if the graphics are interesting and even if the MOBA runs smoothly or not.
Some of these features also depend on the type of connection, this option which has a separate section. In all likelihood, these data will be used to improve servers and stability, both for future updates and for the release, in September, of the mobile version.

The final questions then ask us, specifically, what we found most frustrating about this title, also pointing the finger on spending money in order to win, as reported by the translatable option “The game places too much emphasis on those who spend money to be successful“. Like any free-to-play title too Pokémon UNITE it bases most of its income on microtransactions, which can create discontent among users.
Currently purchases allow you to unlock clothes for the trainer and for the pokémon, as well as new companions to use in battle. On the same Twitter post, a lot of users complain about how Pokémon UNITE is a title that favors those who spend money, emphasizing this in the survey responses.
