Coaches and trainers from all over Italy! We are back today (and also this month) to continue celebrating twenty-five years of Pokémon with you. As you well know, between expansions, booster packs and video games, the party will continue throughout the year but we are once again following the initiative of GameStopZing, which for a limited period makes available some packages with inside three giant cards limited edition of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. If you want to know how to get them I refer you to this link, while today we focus on the analysis of the three cards available until August 5, 2021, or the three travel companions of the Sinnoh region: Turtwig, Chimchar and Piplup, just in time for Pokémon Shining Diamond and Shining Pearl!
“Its shell, which is made of earth, hardens when the Pokémon drinks. Lives on the shores of lakes.“
Let’s start with Turtwig, a grass-type basic Pokémon, therefore weak against Fire-type Pokémon and resistant against Water-type Pokémon. His level is 10. He has 60 HP and is equipped with two moves: Action, which deals 10 damage, and Blade sheets, which will cause 20 damage to the opposing Pokémon.

“Easily climbs steep rocks and lives on top of mountains. Before going to sleep, he puts out the flames. “
We continue with Chimchar, a basic Fire-type Pokémon, weak against water Pokémon. His level is 8. He has only 50 HP and is equipped with two moves: Brazier, which will flip a coin: in case of a cross, we will have to discard an assigned Fire Energy card, but it will cause the opposing Pokémon to score 30 damage.

“He is very proud and hates accepting food from people. The thick feathers protect it from the cold. “
Finally we arrive at Piplup, a basic water-type Pokémon, therefore weak against electric Pokémon. His level is 9. Like Turtwig, Piplup also has 60 HP. Our water Pokémon has two moves: Caught, which will do 10 damage to the opposing Pokémon, and Acquasplash, which deals 20 damage and causes you to flip a coin. If heads, the damage count will increase by 10.

And now I refer you to the analysis of the other cards made so far:
