The summer of 2024 will be unforgettable for Pokémon fans in Italy, thanks to the launch of the “Pokémon Play and Trade” tour. Organized by Gamevision, this traveling event aims to involve new generations and veterans of the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG), offering a unique aggregation experience full of activities. The “Pokémon Play and Trade” tour will be extended from June to October, stopping in various Italian cities. During the events, participants will have the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the Pokémon world: they will be able to trade their cards, participate in exciting battles and test their skills and strategies in the TCG. Not only that, it will be possible to play the last ones video games from the saga, “Pokémon Scarlet” and “Pokémon Violet”, including the new DLC “The Treasure of Area Zero”, on the Nintendo Switch console.
One of the highlights of the tour will definitely be the opportunity to meet Pikachu in person, a dream for many longtime fans. In addition to the famous Pokémon, participants will be able to receive exclusive promotional items and benefit from discounts on Pokémon video games for Nintendo Switch. These events will not only strengthen the gaming community, but also allow new fans to learn how to play the TCG under the guidance of expert demonstrators.
The tour will start on 8 and 9 June in Campi Bisenzio, in the province of Florence, at the MediaWorld store in the “i Gigli” shopping center. Subsequently, on 15 and 16 June, the event will move to Casalecchio di Reno, at the Shopville Granreno Mall. Each stop will offer the chance to test out video games, participate in TCG battles, and of course, meet Pikachu.
The month of June will end with two other important stages: on 22 and 23 June in Savignano sul Rubicone, at the Gamelife store in Romagna Shopping Valley, and on 29 and 30 June in Torri di Quartesolo, at the Unieuro store in the Piramidi Mall.
