Summer surprises don’t seem to end for fans of Pokémon GO, since a small teaser trailer revealed the arrival on August 20 of some of the Pokémon directly from the two chapters Spade And Shield.
2021 is an important year for signed mobile gaming Niantic, since it is 5 years since its release in the summer of 2016 and the celebrations are continuing unabated. For example, last month, more precisely on July 18, we had the GO Fest 2021, which throughout the days of the festival all the legendary pokémon returned, along with other surprises.
In mid-August, however, we will have the Pokémon GO Community Day, which will star Eevee. During the 14 and 15 August it will be easier to make it evolve in all its variants, including Sylveon. We refer you to our dedicated article for all the details.
Now, however, thanks to the small trailer loaded on the platforms, we will see the arrival of some of the creatures from the Galar region. Inside Pokémon GO there were already a couple of items from Spade And Shield, but they were evolutions of existing Pokémon such as Zigzagoon and Ponyta. This time, however, Niantic will bring other pocket monsters from the 8th generation in the mobile title, including the two iconic legendaries.
As evidenced by the trailer, their arrival is due to the typical ring portals of Hoopa, the mysterious Mythical Pokémon that appeared at the end of the aforementioned GO Fest. Could we expect to see him in the game and be able to catch him? Maybe, but we have no official announcement on that.
Starting August 20, players will be able to run into some of the pocket monsters from Galar such as Wooloo, Skwovet and Falinks. They can be captured both in standard wild form and in Shiny version. As for, however, the two legendaries Zacian And Zamazenta, will only be available in two separate raids: respectively on 20 and 26 August.
