With a post on his blog, Niantic has just released the Announcements from Pokémon GO for the month of August, including i Megaraid incoming and outbuildings Ultrabonus. Let’s start with the extraordinary discovery for the next month: from ten in the evening of this Sunday (1 August) to the same time as Wednesday 1 September, it will be possible to meet Chimecho.
Extraordinary discoveries will earn double experience points, but that’s not all. In fact, every Monday in August, it will be possible to take advantage of one-time offers from a Pokémon age including a remote raid ticket and other items, useful for participating in the tasty five-star raid coming soon.
Before moving on to Megaraid and Ultrabonus, in fact, the news of August of Pokémon GO include three exceptional Pokémon. Only the first two have been revealed: in a possible reference to Shining Diamond And Shining Pearl coming this year, we will be able to make our Dialga and Palkia.
In particular, Dialga he will appear in five-star raids only and only until 10 am on Friday 6 August. For Palkia, on the other hand, the timing goes from ten on Friday 6 August to the same time as Friday 20 August 2021. In both cases, the “lucky ones” will be able to find one chromatic (below).
As for the third protagonist of the five-star raids, Niantic invites us to “stay tuned”. Turning to the megaraid, the first protagonist is Mega Charizard X who will make his appearance with the same timing as Dialga. Mega Ampharosinstead, it will appear in the same period of availability as Palkia.
Mega Beedrill, for its part, will be available from 10 am on Friday 20 August at the same time as Thursday 26. Mega Pidgeotfinally, it will be the protagonist of the megaraids from ten in the morning of Thursday 26 August 2021 at the same time as Wednesday 1 September. And this without counting the hour of the raids.
Every Wednesday in August, in fact, from 18:00 to 19:00 theraid time in which Legendary Pokémon will appear by default. On Wednesday 4 August it will be Dialga’s turn, on Wednesday 11 and 18 August in Palkia, and finally on Wednesday 25 (we suppose) to the mysterious legendary third. On Monday 30 August, at the same time, there will be anow for bonus raids.
In the same time slot, always from six in the afternoon to seven in the evening, there will be a Pokémon in the foreground with related bonuses. Tuesday 3 August it will be the turn of Magnemite, with twice as much stardust. Tuesday 10, however, Shellos in its form East Sea (below, along with the secondary form) will bring us double experience points.
Tuesday 17 will be the turn of Shellos West Sea, bringing us twice as much candy. From here on, only the bonuses are known. “A certain Pokémon” will be the protagonist on Tuesday 24th August and will earn us double the amount of candy, while on Tuesday 31st another will earn us double the experience points.
The community day instead it will fall on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 August 2021, between eleven in the morning and five in the afternoon. The undisputed protagonist will be Eevee, and to celebrate, stickers on him and his evolutions will be distributed at each Pokéstop (as well as in friendship packs and in the in-game store). For the next events we will have to “continue to follow” Niantic.
Let’s move on to Ultrabonus, which we talked about recently. From ten in the morning of Friday 23 July to eight in the evening of Tuesday 3 August, thanks to Dialga more will appear Pokémon from different ages. Palkia instead will distort the space from ten in the morning on Friday 6 until eight in the evening of Tuesday 17 August, bringing us creatures from other places.
From six in the afternoon until midnight on Thursday 26 August, however, the third will be held Lotte GO evening. By completing up to 100 challenges, it will be possible to earn triple Stardust, as well as leveling up in the GO Battle League and completing different series of battles. Niantic’s post ends with an appeal to common sense in compliance with health regulations.
