Josimar Maranhãozinho, Bosco Costa and Pastor Gil would have allocated amendments to the municipality in Maranhão and pressured the city hall to receive a share
The former president Jair Bolsonaro(PL) said this Wednesday (2.Oct.2024) that the PL federal deputies who were reported for corruption by PGR (Attorney General’s Office) must be expelled from the party.
Josimar Maranhãozinho (PL-MA), Bosco Costa (PL-SE) and Pastor Gil (PL-MA) would have allocated funds to São José de Ribamar, which is 30 km from the capital São Luís, and then pressured the city hall to transfer part of the resources to congressmen.
The money, however, was not passed on to the deputies. The mayor at the time, Eudes Sampaio (PP), would have confirmed to the PF that he was pressured by the 3 to transfer around R$1.6 million. The information was reported by UOL and confirmed by Power360.
“After the elections we will put the brakes on the party’s cleanliness. These guys are persistent in doing stupid things and they have to go away because they tarnish everyone”, said Bolsonaro in an interview with Rádio AuriVerde.
