Program aims to support projects in energy transition and asset integrity; applications open until October 23
THE Petrobrasin collaboration with the Sebrae (Brazilian Support Service for Micro and Small Enterprises), announced the launch of a new call for proposals for startups on Tuesday (September 24, 2024). The incentive is part of the Petrobras Connections for Innovation Program and aims to allocate R$16 million to projects that solve challenges in the areas of energy transition and asset integrity.
According to the state-owned company, the program aims to stimulate technological development and innovation, offering financial support, in addition to the opportunity for direct collaboration with Petrobras’ technical and business areas.
By investing in creative solutions, institutions seek not only to support economic growth, but also to contribute to the energy transition and environmental preservation.
Selected startups can receive up to R$1 million for projects soft techsuch as software development, and up to R$2 million for projects deep techwhich include hardware and materials.
Registration for the notice will be open from September 24th to October 23rd.
