On the evening of February 2, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting in the Kremlin with the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov. In particular, they touched upon topics related to the work of law enforcement agencies, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov. He is quoted TASS.
Telling the details of the conversation, the press secretary of the head of state specified that the parties discussed economic matters, as well as issues of socio-economic development of Chechnya. “Kadyrov came with specific topics on economic projects, they were discussed,” Peskov added.
The meeting between Putin and Kadyrov in Moscow earlier, on February 2, was announced by the press service of the head and government of Chechnya. It was reported that the head of the republic reported to the president on the positive dynamics of demographic indicators, the reduction of unemployment and the successful implementation of the vaccination program.
