The Personal Status Court in Dibba Al Fujairah ruled that a (Arab) mother has custody of her two children (11 and 9 years old) and obligated her divorced woman to pay 33,000 dirhams, while giving her all her rights, including rent, dowry, alimony and school fees.
In the case papers filed by her client, Attorney Hanan Al-Bayadh, the plaintiff requested proof of divorce, custody of the two children, custody alimony, maid’s wages of 1500 dirhams and her recruitment fees, payment of the two children’s tuition fees, and the plaintiff handing over all the identification papers to her two children from their passports, ID card and health card, in addition to paying school expenses And computers.
The verdict stated that the court refuses to oblige the defendant to pay the maid’s wages, given the plaintiff’s entitlement to the nursery fee that does not meet the maid’s wage, and has ruled to compel the defendant to pay an amount of 10,000 Egyptian pounds or its equivalent in Emirati dirhams, a dowry delay and 3,000 dirhams for the plaintiff’s housing allowance. For the entire waiting period and 7000 dirhams, the expenses of the funeral, and the plaintiff’s entitlement to custody of the two children with the extension of the age of custody of the child until puberty.
The court also obligated the defendant to pay one thousand dirhams per month for the maintenance of the two fostered children, and the share of each one of them is 500 dirhams, including food, clothing, medicine and treatment until the legal imposition on him falls or changed according to a ruling or spending and the delivery of the plaintiff starting from the date of the judicial claim until the alimony is lost according to Sharia or law And pay a wage for a nursery dwelling of 15,000 dirhams annually, including electricity, water, gas and the Internet, as of the date of the judicial claim, and his obligation to pay 4,000 dirhams one time for the housing furnishing fee.
And the court obliged the defendant to hand over the original identity cards to the two children in custody, the original health cards, and true copies of their passports, the family record summary, and an amount of 500 dirhams for each child at each holiday, covering the holiday, and obligated him to pay the school fees for the two children and for the following years, provided that he initiates their early registration in order to preserve their academic stability The beginning of each school year.
