The Instagram profile of Atlus it’s filled with color lately, even giving us a clue up Person 6. The saga born on PS1 from a rib of Shin Megami Tensei is about to hang a new bow on the door, and the color would appear to be white. Let’s go in order, though: there is a lot to talk about.
The uploaded image in question aims to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the spin-off series. In it we can find all the protagonists seen so far, arranged around the number 25. However, what makes the quarter century special is the coloring of the two digits, mainly for six reasons.
The first five are the colors of the previous episodes, while the Atlus clue for Person 6 is a suspicious use of the White in the corner of the second digit. This could be a trivial conjecture, were it not for a detail: it wouldn’t be the first time the development team left us crumbs like this.
Previously, Person 5 marked the twentieth anniversary of the series. Also on that occasion, the current division of SEGA has seen fit to use the five colors seen until then in the saga within the number. For the record, this is purple (P1), orange (P2), light blue (P3), yellow (P4) and, of course, red (P5 is P5 Strikers).
White being unlikely to allude to the presence of Joker among the many DLCs of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, we would naturally think that the sixth chapter is at least approaching. The description of the post, above, also invites us to stay tuned for the coming year “To get news on Person“.
In addition, the post on Reddit that brought attention to the latest image uploaded by Atlus on Instagram also put an emphasis on the official website of the series. Among school emblems seen so far there is also a white square, further suggesting both the proximity of the sixth episode and the use of color.
