Timur Bekmansurov, who attacked the Perm State University (PSNIU), fully pleaded guilty to mass murder. It is reported by RIA News with reference to the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin.
According to him, Bekmansurov’s health condition stabilized, and the student was able to be charged.
Earlier, Timur Bekmansurov refused the services of a lawyer.
The shooting at PGNIU took place on the morning of September 20. Six people died, more than 40 were injured. The shooter was seriously wounded during the arrest. The Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) opened a criminal case on the murder of two or more persons.
