The Integrated Transport Center of the Department of Municipalities and Transport in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi announced the provision of a new service that allows customers to pay in installments the violations committed by individuals and customers for any of the centre’s services, including “parking” services and traffic toll gates “Darb”, which contributes to making it easier for them and providing easy payment plans that enhance… Their level of satisfaction with the services provided by the center.
The center explained that the new service, called “Easy Payment,” includes the banks that have been agreed upon: First Abu Dhabi Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and Emirates Islamic Bank, where holders of credit cards issued by these banks can benefit from this service, noting that work is underway to work on it. Agreement with other banks during the first half of 2024.
According to the Center, this service allows customers to pay the Integrated Transport Center violations and pay them in installments, provided that their total value is not less than 3 thousand dirhams. The customer can benefit from this service through the Abu Dhabi Government Services Centers “Tamm” or in the Customer Happiness Centers at the main headquarters of the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City and the main headquarters of the Municipality of Abu Dhabi. Al Ain City, by paying the outstanding fines and then paying them in installments over the specified periods, which are 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, or 12 months, without interest or profit.
Customers can benefit from this service by paying fines with a credit card at the mentioned centers, and then the customer contacts the bank that holds the credit card issued by him and submits a request to pay the amount in installments for the period that suits him.
The center explained that the service confirms its keenness to simplify the payment process and provide easy payment plans, ensuring that the level of customer satisfaction is raised and thus contributing to consolidating Abu Dhabi’s position as one of the best cities in the world for living and investment.
