According to the Paris prosecutor’s office, the Egyptian wrestler was arrested outside a cafe in the capital’s 13th arrondissement at around 5 a.m. on charges of “putting his hand on the buttocks of a female customer” in the bar.
The Paris Public Prosecutor’s Office has entrusted the investigation to the 3rd Judicial Police District.
According to the newspaper “Le Parisien”, he was arrested and claimed that he committed his act while “completely drunk”.
It was not immediately confirmed whether the wrestler was currently in police custody.
