“Today, shortly after three in the afternoon, the City Council Secretary received the request for a license from councilor Cristina Villalobos Hermosillo and, well, it is a document where she precisely requests a license for the position for an indefinite period of time and also states that it is for personal mattersl,” explained the secretary.
In his place was his substitute Fatima Gonzalez Reynawho protested at the City Council session this Tuesday, who explained that she was called by the City Council a few hours before the town hall session was held, and informed of the news.
