Víctor Cerrato, caught, was taken to the hospital for a head injury
Joao D’Alva had a first steer that he developed out of the box, preventing him from showing off. He was only able to give joy with the banderillas, in a good third, but in the task he could not give even a muletazo to an oriented animal. He was applauded.
His second received two punches, well the second in which the picador Helder Pires did his luck well. Joao D’Alva shone again with the banderillas highlighting the third pair to the break. The steer seemed to leave something more but at the slightest excess of confidence he grabbed the bullfighter violently. He had deaf danger this quarter of the afternoon with which the Portuguese was willing. Bad with the sword.
Víctor Cerrato was boisterous with his capote, vibrant with the banderillas, and he tried it in the muleta job with another steer that was not easy at all. He started with the left, where Prieto de la Cal’s fell short, and he was able to run the hand in some right hands until he also oriented his opponent on that side. He killed on the third try and was cheered.
The fifth grabbed him as he led him to the horse and spun him around horrifyingly. The bullfighter fell ill and was shocked, going to the infirmary. D’Alves took charge of the steer, limiting himself to killing it.
Miguel Andrade struggled when the steer caught him against the boards when nailing the last couple of banderillas to the knee bend. It was a miracle that he came out unscathed. On the crutch the steer did not humiliate and he ended up looking for the two pythons. Andrade tried it without result for the two pythons. He was applauded.
Andrade risked a lot in the third of banderillas to the sixth, being loudly applauded. In the crutch the steer was exactly the same as the previous ones, developing a lot of danger. Despite this, Miguel Andrade tried with dedication, having to give up before another impossible steer. Ovation.
The bullfighter Marcos Linares replaces Sergio Felipe this afternoon in the last one of the Rice Fair, leaving the bullfight with a poster made up of Jorge Martínez, Víctor Acebo and Marcos Linares, with steers from Fuente Ymbro.
