“Ayuso’s partner committed a series of crimes that, when they became known to the public, dedicated themselves to setting up an entire operation to cover it up and accuse others,” he indicated. «It’s nothing new. I remind you that they did the same with the head of their party, with Mr. Casado, who dared to denounce Mrs. Ayuso’s corruption and they threw him out the window.
After these words, the Secretary General assured that “they are doing to the Attorney General the same thing that they did to Mr. Casado. It is the usual modus operandi. The Popular Party and the president of the Community of Madrid and Mr. Rodríguez pursue those who pursue the crime, those who report the crime. And they protect, protect and cover up those who commit them. Those who pursue crimes cannot be prosecuted. And they persecute journalists, the Government, the attorney general, their own party colleagues.

Furthermore, López has accused the president of Madrid of “judicializing political life in our country”, of placing herself “behind absolutely discredited far-right organizations” and of turning the city “into the epicenter of the worst politics”: “We have seen how False complaints are filed, how they are launched at journalists, how hoaxes are amplified… He is playing dirty. Unfortunately, these are the times.”
Regarding the relationship of the Popular Party with Clean Hands, the socialist leader has pointed out that “they have hired one of their lawyers” and that the Popular Party “has ceased to be a state party”: “Mr. Feijóo resigned from doing a formal opposition based on data, on proposals, and has dedicated itself to making an opposition based on mud, where the noise is getting louder every day. “It is the worst opposition in memory.”
