Solís Kanahan said that the General Directorate of Public Services begins the cleaning and conditioning work days before, since these places are visited before the celebration and after it.
According to the data collected in 2022, the Day of the Dead received 105,038 people in the three municipal pantheons of the city and during 2023 there was a record of 208,266 thousand visits; That is, almost the same number of people who visit El Chamizal at Easter, he stated.
It is expected that this year the free transportation service can be provided to the San Rafael Pantheon, with units leaving from the Plaza de Zaragoza and the Benito Juárez Monument, in the Central Zone.

It was reported that each of the cemeteries behaves differently in terms of visits, since more adults come to the one in the Chaveña neighborhood.

For the Day of the Dead, the traditional mass will be celebrated at San Rafael at 9:00 a.m., which will be celebrated by the Bishop of Ciudad Juárez, José Guadalupe Torres Campos, and later a wreath will be placed at the common grave. for unknown people; Afterwards there will be a mass in the Colinas and Chaveña pantheons.
