New design, innovative technologies and a range of highly efficient engines, including plug-in hybrid versions: these are the strengths of the new Opel Grandland, which the German car manufacturer itself has exalted by announcing the opening of orders in Italy. The price list of the new SUV of the German car manufacturer starts at 29,350 euros: among the main innovations brought as a dowry by the new Opel Grandland stands out the Pure Panel, that is the completely digital driving position. The first deliveries are expected around the end of autumn.
Opel Manta-E, the restomod will be revolutionized
The bodywork of the new Opel Grandland is distinguished by the presence of the Vizor, the new face of the brand. However, the entry version of the passenger compartment has the Pure Panel with the 7 ″ Driver Information Center and the similarly sized color touch screen to use Apple CarPlay and Android Auto thanks to the Multimedia infotainment system. The entry-level thermal version of the new Opel Grandland is powered by a 1.2-liter turbo petrol engine with direct injection, capable of delivering a total power of 130 hp. For those who want to lean towards electrification, however, the German car manufacturer makes available two plug-in hybrid variants of its SUV, the first with 224 hp and the second with 300 hp. In both cases, the lithium-ion battery installed is 13.2 kWh. Prices for these two PHEV versions start at € 44,300.
