Mady Gio, creator of OnlyFans, the platform that offers adult content through subscriptions, has been reported for tax evasion.
The Guardia di Finanza of Varese, in fact, accused Madalina Ioana Filip, this is the real name of the 29-year-old creator of Romanian origins, of having hidden over 1 million euros in revenues.
As he writes Corriere della Serathe creator “was reported to the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Busto Arsizio for the crime of unfaithful declaration in relation to the 2022 annuity and over 1 and a half million euros in revenues and 360,000 euros of ethical tax were contested” or “a ‘additional Irpef of 25% on the share of the total net income proportionally corresponding to the amount of revenues or compensation deriving from the production, distribution, sale and representation of pornographic material including television programs which, to solicit popular credulity, are aimed at the public through pay telephone numbers”.
Mady Gio, who had often talked about her easy earnings on OnlyFans, also showing herself with luxury cars, had moved, as she herself said, her residence from Cassano Magnago (Varese) to Switzerland precisely to benefit from a different tax regime.

According to the accusation, in fact, a current account and the web domain are all located on Italian territory with the creator also having participated in numerous events based in Italy.
